• Educational Qualification: PhD in Hydrology/Water Resources Engineering/Geomatics Engineering/Applied Geohydrology/Geophysics/Meteorology/Atmospheric Sciences/ Remote Sensing/Environmental Sciences/Computer Sciences OR ME/M.Tech/MS/MSc. in Hydrology/ Water Resources Engineering/ Geomatics Engineering/ Applied Geohydrology/Geophysics/ Meteorology/ Atmospheric Sciences/Remote Sensing/ Environmental Sciences with 3 Years Research Experience and at-least one Research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
