Selection ProcessThe, MP FSL Laboratory Technician, Assistant & Attendant Recruitment 2026, selection process will be conducted in two main stages – shortlisting for written exam and a written examination, followed by category‑wise merit list preparation and document verification., Stage 1 – Shortlisting (5x rule):, Based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination (B.Sc for Lab Technician, 12th for Lab Assistant and 10th/12th for Lab Attendant), a merit list will be prepared and, top 5 times, the number of advertised vacancies for each post will be shortlisted for the written examination. All candidates securing marks equal to the cut‑off will also be called even if the number exceeds 5x of vacancies., Stage 2 – Written Exam & Final Merit:, A, 2‑hour written exam of 100 marks, will be conducted for each post with, 80 marks for subject‑specific General Science, and, 20 marks for General Knowledge, . To qualify, UR/OBC/EWS candidates must score at least, 50%, and SC/ST candidates at least, 40%, . Final selection lists for each post will be prepared solely on written exam marks with separate category‑wise lists and implementation of horizontal reservation for women and ex‑servicemen.
