Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Eminent scholar with Ph.D in Food Science and Nutrition/relevant discipline, actively engaged in research with a minimum of 10 publications in national/international journals with high impact factor. Minimum of 15 years of teaching experience in University/college and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries, including experience in guiding students for research at doctoral level. Contribution to educational innovations, designing new curriculum and courses, and experience in technology mediated teaching-learning processes.
