Eligibility Criteria

- Age Relaxation: Junior Project Engineers engaged under | India Optel Limited Recruitment 2026 | will be placed in | Pay Level ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 | , along with Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA). | They will be eligible for House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per applicable rates where company accommodation is not allotted. | Medical Allowance of | ₹1,500 per month | is payable, subject to conditions for retired Govt. employees/Ex-servicemen with respect to CGHS/ECHS/Defence Forces NOC. | An | annual increment of 3% | of basic pay (rounded to the next ten) is admissible during the tenure, based on satisfactory performance and recommendation of the competent authority.
