BEML Limited, a leading Defence & Aerospace Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has released the BEML Executive Recruitment 2026 notification for multiple executive positions in Futuristic Product Innovation & Incubation Centre (FPI&IC), Aerospace, Maritime Business and Commuter Rail divisions.
The offered salary is Grade-II Engineer: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 | Asst. Manager: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 | Manager: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 | AGM: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 | CGM: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 | Executive Director: ₹1,50,000 – ₹3,00,000 Per Month. The age limit is 29 years (Engineer) to 57 years (Executive Director) – as on 30.03.2026.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Full-Time First Class Engineering Degree in relevant discipline (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Naval Architecture / Mechatronics / Aerospace) from a recognized University/Institution. M.Tech/MS in Design required for Head FPI&IC post.
- Age Limit: 29 years (Engineer) to 57 years (Executive Director) – as on 30.03.2026
