The RA fellowship level (RA-I / RA-II / RA-III) will be decided by the interview committee based on: (i) quality of Ph.D. thesis, (ii) post-Ph.D. research experience as evidenced from publications and/or products/processes developed, and (iii) performance in the selection interview.
